Last updated: April 27, 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of products from Smart Posture Pro, operated by FreonExperts ("we", "our", or "us"). By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this store. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 and that the billing and shipping information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

The Smart Posture Pro device is a consumer wellness product and is NOT a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, including back pain, spinal disorders, or musculoskeletal conditions. Results from using the device may vary. If you have a pre-existing back condition, spinal condition, or chronic pain, consult a licensed physician before use. Do not use this product as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this store — including but not limited to product images, copy, brand name, logos, and design — is the property of Smart Posture Pro / FreonExperts and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

4. Order Acceptance and Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, we will refund any payment received.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Smart Posture Pro / FreonExperts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product that gave rise to the claim.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. [Operator note: update to your actual jurisdiction if different from Delaware before launch.]

7. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted in English. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing support@freonexperts.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out".

8. Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our store or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
