Shipping Policy
We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about getting your Smart Posture Pro delivered.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours of being placed (Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our facility.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Free standard shipping on orders over $50
- $4.99 flat-rate standard shipping on orders under $50
- Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days after dispatch
International Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 10-20 business days after dispatch
- Shipping rates calculated at checkout based on destination
Duties, Taxes and Customs Fees
For deliveries to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and the European Union, all applicable duties and import taxes are included in your order price. No surprise fees at delivery.
For all other international destinations, customs duties and import taxes may be charged by your local government upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Smart Posture Pro has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you did not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@freonexperts.com.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbours and any safe drop locations nearby, contact your local post office or courier with your tracking number, then file a claim with us at support@freonexperts.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Claims filed after 30 days may not be eligible for resolution.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We begin processing orders immediately and cannot guarantee address changes after purchase. If you notice an error, contact us at support@freonexperts.com as quickly as possible.
