Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind Smart Posture Pro with a full 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will make it right.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@freonexperts.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive your RMA — we will reply within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided in your RMA email. Please use a trackable shipping method and retain your tracking number. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.
  4. Receive your refund — once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 60 days of the delivery date.
  • The item should be in its original condition with all included accessories.
  • Items that are damaged due to customer misuse, physical damage not resulting from a manufacturing defect, or items missing essential components may not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Reasonable wear from a genuine trial period is acceptable — this is a money-back guarantee, not just a packaging-intact policy.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit without a tracking number.

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving your returned item. Once processed, allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or card issuer to reflect the credit.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrived defective or was damaged in transit, please email us at support@freonexperts.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice. You do not need to return the damaged item in this case.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges directly. If you would like a different product, please return your item under this policy and place a new order.
