How do I wear the Smart Posture Pro correctly?
Clip the device to your upper back between the shoulder blades, sensor side facing inward against the spine. Stand or sit upright for 5 seconds immediately after putting it on — this sets your personal posture baseline. It can be worn invisibly under a shirt, blouse, or jacket. Start with shorter sessions (15–20 min) and build up gradually.
How long should I use it each day?

Is the silicone material safe for sensitive skin?

Can children or teenagers use the Smart Posture Pro?
